ROOF SURVEY
Drone Roof Survey
There are several advantages of Drone Roof Surveys over traditional methods. No expensive scaffolding or dangerous ladders are needed. Drone Roof Surveys are fast and convenient with a detailed visual report. The roofer and customer can both see any damage and discuss works required in a safe environment. The customer can also see the quality of any repair work carried out.

We will supply you photos and videos of all aspects of the roof from roofline to apex. We will look at tiles, gullies, hips, cement work and any other areas you require.
Pricing
Our Prices for a Roof Survey start at £150.00 This includes photos and videos of all elevations and features of the roof. For £30 extra we can carry out a guttering survey and for £20 extra we can carry out a chimney stack survey for up to 3 chimneys.

We can carry out a Building Survey on most buildings no matter what the shape or size. As long as it is not over 500ft tall. We can supply photos and videos of most aspects of a building. Roofs, Roof Line, External Walls, External Windows, Cladding, Aerials etc...

Our prices start at £150. Each Building Survey is bespoke and will be priced according to size and what is required.

We offer this service to homeowners wishing to sell their property and to Estate Agents wishing to enhance their chances of more sales. Aerial Photographs and videos will make your property stand out. It will allow people from further afield to see that your property is worth a visit. This will enhance your chances of making a sale.

We will take photos and video of your property from all elevations and also take aerial shots from above showing the garden and from 500ft we can show the surrounding area.
Extra Features Covered Too
If you have extra features like a swimming pool, stables, paddocks etc, these can be included too. Buyers can get a good feel of your property and envisage any landscaping or external building work they may wish to carry out.

Our prices start at £150.00 for a small property, £175 for a detached property and £195 for a large detached property.

We will work alongside your photographer as they remain in charge. We will liaise with them before your big day to ensure we get the shots you want and to suggest some ideas of our own.
Remembering it's YOUR day, we plan with your photographer a timescale for our flight. We keep the flight time to a minimum , as we know that no one wants a drone buzzing around for too long. Each Wedding is bespoke and so are our photos.
Prices
Every wedding is different. So we charge accordingly. We would come and meet with you or your photographer and discuss your requirements and then work out a price for you. Call us to discuss a time and a place.

Fly Down The Fairways
Let your potential customers fly down your fairways and see how great your course is before they leave home. Having this feature on your website will make your course stand out from the crowd. Your bookings will take off, just like our drones.
The Perfect Drive
We will get Videos that start from behind the tee, travel down the fairway showing contours and hazards. The approach to green looks great as we fly over, spin and take a look back over the green towards the fairway again. Graphics can show the hole number and yardages etc.
Extras Shots
Another service we offer is high aerial shots of each hole, the course layout, special features and the clubhouse. we can also add bespoke requests too.
